About TopOdds & licensing
TopOdds is an independent odds comparison and sports information service. We are not a bookmaker: we do not accept bets, hold stakes or pay out winnings, and no gambling takes place on this site.
Every operator we list holds a bookmaker licence issued by a South African provincial gambling board, and each publishes its licence details on its own site. Betting is legal in South Africa only with a licensed operator, and only for persons aged 18 and over.
Some links to operators earn TopOdds a commission. This never changes the odds we display or the order in which prices are ranked — the best available price is always shown first.
